Highlights
Hop on the raft and enjoy an exciting 12-km rafting trip through the protected Cetina River for 3 hours. Crystal clear and refreshing water makes for amazing rapids for both beginners and experienced ones. During our expedition through rapids, we will see preserved and picturesque nature along with impressive canyons.
This trip is organized in small groups for maximum comfort and experience. We provide transport from Split to destinations with brand new vans, which offer comfort. After the trip is completed, we will return you to Split.
Your safety is a top priority! Our equipment adheres to the highest safety standards, is regularly inspected, and is well maintained. An experienced professional will be your guide. You will have a brief orientation and walk-through of the trip before hopping on the raft. We do not leave any room for surprises, you are in safe hands!

MEETUP & DEPARTURE
08:30h - 09:15hMeet up and departure happens early in the morning to avoid crowds. Please arrive at the meeting spot at least 15 minutes earlier as a courtesy to other passengers. We will make sure everyone has arrived; we won’t leave until we do that. With our brand new van, we will bring you to the rafting adventure's starting point. Our van has Wi-Fi and air conditioning for maximum comfort while traveling. Getting to our destination will take us approximately 45 minutes.Learn more
Our logistic center and the starting point is located in 'Blato na Cetini'. It will take us approximately 30 minutes to get there via the highway at the Dugopolje entrance. Our destination is just 4 kilometers after we exit the highway. -

QUICK TRAINING & GEARING UP
09:15h - 09:45hWhen we reach our logistic center, you will be greeted by our wonderful rafting instructors. Once you've met them, you'll receive safety gear and rafting equipment. The equipment that we provide is a wet suit, water shoes, and a helmet. You will be wearing a life jacket along with your helmet during the entire tour for safety reasons. Whether you are a beginner or a proficient rafter, you won't have any worries since our instructors are experienced, especially on local water, and certified. After going through a quick training and walkthrough, you are ready to go. -

RAFTING ON CETINA RIVER
09:45h - 12:45hIt takes approximately 3 hours to cover the distance of 12 km on the Cetina River. Both regular and extreme rafting is done on the river, but because we're doing an extreme, it's important to mention that we're rafting down the different parts of the river. Although it has been called extreme rafting, it's not at a level that's too difficult for a beginner or presents any risks. It is a fun, but not dangerous river, and this trail features Grade 2, and some Grade 3 rapids. The water temperature varies depending on the season, but it ranges from 14-17 degrees Celsius, even on the hottest of days. Learn moreThe nature surrounding the Cetina River leaves you speechless. The entire area is protected, so nature is left intact. There are calm parts where the water is so clear that you can see every detail; even fishes on the bottom. Rapids and slow sections complement each other, giving you time to enjoy the adrenalin while relaxing in the meantime. On our way, you'll have few swimming stops, and if you are not afraid of heights you can also try cliff jumping. To top it off, you will be rafting on the same waters where medieval pirates once ruled; what a great story to tell! -

RETURN TO SPLIT
13:30h - 14:15hOnce you have finished your rafting, we will provide you with some refreshments and snacks. You will have enough time to share your impressions with others. We will have your bags and clothes waiting for you at the destination, and we have a changing room so you can dress in comfort. Once we are ready to go, our van will take the same road back and have you in Split by 14:15.

Know before you go
Is Cetina river rafting suitable for beginners?
Yes, this rafting activity is suitable for beginners. You don't need to have any previous experience, and the water is not too challenging. The white water grade is 2 and has some elements of grade 3 (the grading scale goes from 1 to 6). It is a good rafting experience for a first-timer while being fun at the same time for experienced ones. If you are new to rafting, our instructor will teach you the basics and take care of you throughout the entire trip. You won't be in danger if you fall into the water, just make sure to follow the safety instructions and wear your helmet and life jacket the entire time.
Is it safe to do cliff jumping?
Cliff jumping can become quite dangerous, but in our case, we jump from proven and tested locations. The cliffs are not too high, the water is slow, and the depth is great. Our instructor will watch for your safety at all times. When doing this, you must jump with your legs straight and your arms held tightly to your body.
Can I bring my camera?
With such breathtaking scenery, this activity surely deserves capturing with the camera; however, it's hard to do that. With all the rapids, and water splashing around you are having high chances of either losing or breaking your equipment. Unfortunately, the only possible way to capture these moments is if you gear up with a go-pro. You are more than welcome to mount it on top of your helmet.

Cancellation policy
Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of your tour date and time to receive a full refund of your money. For example, if you book a tour on July 7, 2021 departing at 7:30 a.m., you will have until 7:30 a.m. on July 6, 2021 to cancel.
All clients have the right to cancel their tour with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the tour begins, and the right to a 100% refund of the amount that was paid, although we appreciate further notice whenever possible. We monitor the weather conditions 24/7, however, Mother Nature can be unpredictable at times, occasionally causing unexpected situations that may result in cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the tour.
That may include extreme weather or other extraordinary circumstances that could not have been avoided or foreseen, or incidents that occur suddenly. If such situations result in the cancellation of a scheduled tour, our valued clients have several options: Clients may accept a new departure date, replacement package/excursion of equivalent or similar itinerary, or receive a full refund of all money paid. Before all else, your experience and safety are our primary concerns.
